FAQ

1.      What Insurances do You Accept?

Medicare ONLY (all visits and most, but not all procedures)

2.      Do You Accept Medicare Advantage Plans?

We will bill Medicare Advantage PPO Plans for Initial Visit and Follow up visits. (Aetna, Cigna, Humana, United, Blue Cross etc.,)

Any procedures will have to be “paid upfront” and a Super Bill will be provided to you that you can submit to your insurance to get paid for the procedure.

3.      Do you accept any Commercial Insurances?

5.      What would be “self pay” fee to see the doctor?

Please check with your Insurance provider on eligibility and coverage.

In the event your health insurance does not cover the costs of office visits and procedures, you will be responsible for the services rendered.

If you do not have insurance the following fees apply:

  1. Initial Consultation: US$400 (In Person)

  2. Telehealth Visit: US$200

  3. Follow Up Visit: US$200
